This condominium building is located on the north-west corner of Simcoe Street and Richmond Street West. This particular condominium does not allow flower arrangements to be left at the concierge desk if the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery. If Power Flowers is not able to deliver to the recipient the first time, we will inform you and make the delivery after the recipient contacts us and lets Power Flowers know when the delivery can be completed.

Due to the fact that Power Flowers is so close to 168 Simcoe Street and is within easy walking distance on a good weather day, no flower delivery charge is applied to deliveries to this location.
